Conference
Locations
The
EU Conference will be held in The Netherlands:
- in the Renaissance Hotel in Amsterdam on October 19, 2004 and
- in the Westergasfabriek (Grote Gashouder) in Amsterdam on October 20, 2004.
Participants will be welcomed by ground stewardesses from 'Acompany' at Schiphol Plaza and at the baggage room. A special EU Conference shuttle service will be used to transfer participants from Schiphol Airport to the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel and vice versa. The reception will take place in the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel. Participants can check-in there and leave their luggage. Lunch (walk-inn) will be held in the Leeuwenhoekzaal.
From 19.00 until 23.00 on October 19 participants will be transferred by boat from the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel to The Grand.
On October 20 after breakfast participants will be transferred from the Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel to the Westergasfabriek (Grote Gashouder) and vice versa.
